Your role will be instrumental in enhancing our school community. Act as the day-to-day leader of the Upper School, overseeing educational, pedagogical, and administrative operations. Ensure adherence to standards set by the Ontario Ministry of Education and our own Board of Education. Foster an environment of exemplary teaching and enriching learning experiences. You are empathetic, approachable, highly diplomatic, skilled in identifying problems and brainstorming solutions with teachers, good at planning and organizing and excellent at communication and presentation. Oversee the day-to-day operations in the Upper School, ensuring the implementation and development of policies and procedures in a safe, welcoming and nurturing environment. Perform all duties associated with the school inspection. Develop exemplary relationships with students, staff, parents and the community. Manage student behaviour, social, emotional and academic concerns. Oversee student records management.
